ViVUS® Ultra
Helicoverpa Biocontrol
The New Standard in NPV
ViVUS Ultra offers higher loading to treat 50% more crop, delivering the same high quality and trusted performance for Helicoverpa control.
ViVUS Ultra combines a higher concentration of NPV with the proven quality and performance of ViVUS Max, delivering greater application efficiency.
Features & Benefits
- 50% higher virus loading
A more concentrated NPV formulation.
- Treat 50% more crop
Greater coverage from the same quantity of product.
- Same trusted performance
Proven biological Helicoverpa control.
- Lower application rates
Less product required per hectare.
- Improved efficiency
Reduced packaging, transport and storage requirements per hectare
With lower application rates, ViVUS Ultra also reduces packaging, transport and storage requirements per hectare, delivering greater efficiency without compromising quality or performance.

ViVUS Ultra has higher loading, more coverage, same trusted performance.
Containing 50% more virus than ViVUS Max, ViVUS Ultra delivers the same trusted performance in a more concentrated formulation, reducing application rates and allowing growers to treat 50% more crop with the same quantity of product.
Backed by AgBiTech's continued investment in NPV quality manufacturing and product innovation, ViVUS Ultra represents an important advancement for Australian farmers.
The key to effective NPV control remains early intervention. Targeting small Helicoverpa larvae (under 7 mm) before significant crop damage occurs allows the virus to rapidly replicate in the crop, creating more opportunity for secondary virus spread and ongoing control of subsequent larval populations.
ViVUS Ultra is a biological insecticide developed to target Helicoverpa larvae, providing effective control when applied early in the larval development stage.
Insect Target
ViVUS Ultra delivers targeted Helicoverpa control, with the best results achieved through early application, thorough crop coverage and favourable environmental conditions.
- Helicoverpa armigera – Corn earworm, cotton bollworm, tobacco budworm
- Helicoverpa punctigera – Native budworm
